This is a single-sided clutch friction plate made by Surflex, cut for 3/8 inch international dogs and running 0.110 inch (2.8mm) thick. It's a bonded-lining plate, meaning the friction material is fixed to one face only, so the way it's stacked in the clutch matters for which side is doing the work.

Friction plates like this one sit inside the clutch basket, alternating with the plain steel plates to build up the drag that lets the clutch grab and release cleanly.
