This is the bolt used at the muffler clamp on Triumph exhaust systems, listed in the parts books under TE164E. It shows up across the twinseat, rear panels, and exhaust system figures as well as the engine fittings and exhaust system drawings, which puts it right where the silencer clamps to the exhaust pipe.

The catalog record spans appearances from 1960 through 1964, so this is an earlier-style fastener for that clamp joint. Triumph later revised the part number to 99-0055, so if your parts book or an older stock list shows that number instead, it's the same bolt under its later factory designation.
