Speedometer head (02394)
A Smiths speedometer head, catalog part SSM5007 (Smiths 02394), from the speedometer and tachometer instrument group.
This is a Smiths speedometer head, listed in the catalog under part number SSM5007 and cross-referenced to Smiths' own 02394 number. It's the instrument itself, the dial and gauge mechanism that sits in the speedo housing and shows road speed, driven off a cable from the front wheel or gearbox as fitted.
