A #40 pilot jet for carburetor idle and low-speed fuel metering.
This is a pilot jet, sized #40, for use in a carburetor. Pilot jets control fuel delivery at idle and low throttle openings, working alongside the pilot air screw to keep the engine running clean when you're off the main throttle circuit.
