Norton Tappet Locating Plate Screw
A small screw that secures the tappet locating plate in the valve gear area of the cylinder head.
NMT2143 is the screw that holds the tappet locating plate in place up top of the cylinder, in the valve gear area. The locating plate itself keeps the tappets/pushrod followers positioned correctly as they ride the cam lobes, and this small screw is what keeps that plate from wandering.
