Norton Engine Steady to Head Screw
A screw for fastening the engine head steady to the cylinder head, from the engine mounting hardware group.

NM.19437 is the screw that secures the engine head steady, the small bracket that ties the top of the engine to the frame to cut down on vibration and flex. It shows up in the parts book under the Engine Mountings, Head Steady, Centre Stand figure, which covers the group of fasteners and brackets that keep the top of the motor from moving around in the frame.
