This is clear fuel hose, 1/4 inch inside diameter by 7/16 inch outside diameter, sold in a 5 foot length. It's meant to be used along with the JRC 73021A ferrule, which tells you this hose is set up for a barbed fitting and clamp/ferrule style connection rather than a plain push-on line.

Being clear, it lets you keep an eye on fuel flow and spot air bubbles, sediment, or a dying fuel pump before it strands you. A 5 foot length gives you enough to run a full petcock-to-carb line on most setups with material left over for patching in elsewhere.
We don't have more history on this one beyond the spec on the tag. If you're not sure the 1/4 ID by 7/16 OD sizing matches what's coming off your tank or carbs, give us a call before you cut into it.
