SMITHS SSM BRIDGE RIVET

This is a small rivet used with Smiths SSM instrument bridges — the part that holds the internal bridge assembly together inside a Smiths speedometer or tachometer of that series. It is a tiny fastener, not a glamorous part, but it is the kind of thing that turns up missing or worn when someone opens up an old Smiths gauge for a rebuild.
