CUSTOM T/LITE ASSY POLISH
A polished custom tail light assembly, part number JRC-21521.
This is a custom tail light assembly finished in polish, listed under part number JRC-21521 (also shown as 62-21521P). It's a complete light unit rather than a bare lens or housing alone, sold as an assembly. The catalog entry we have on this one is brief, so beyond the polished finish and the fact it's a full custom tail light setup, we don't have more detail on file.

Given the terse description, we'd recommend giving the shop a call to confirm exactly how it mounts and whether it matches what you're running before you order. Custom tail light assemblies can vary quite a bit in bracket style and wiring depending on what bike they were built for.
