This is a one-piece oil control ring with expander, sized 0.020 over standard, for the unit-construction 750cc twin family (T140). It's a piston ring, not a gasket — it seats in the oil ring groove on the piston and works with its expander to control oil film thickness on the cylinder wall, scraping excess oil back down before it can get burned in the combustion chamber.

The 0.020 oversize marking means this ring is meant for a bore that's been taken out that far during a rebore, not a standard-bore cylinder. If you're not sure what size your cylinders were bored to, check your engine's rebuild history or measure before ordering.
