Nipple
A cable nipple listed under part number DS73, appearing across several control cable figures in the parts books.
DS73 is listed in the parts books simply as a nipple, and it turns up across the control cable figures - the general control cables section, the section covering American handlebars, and the one for the T120R twistgrip setup. That places it as a small fitting used somewhere in a control cable assembly, but our records don't spell out exactly what it's made of, what size it is, or which specific cable it goes with.

Given how many catalog rows this part number shows up in over the years, it's clearly a common piece across a range of control cable jobs, not a one-off. But without more detail in the record itself, we'd rather tell you straight that we can't confirm dimensions or material from what's in front of us.
If you're chasing this part for a specific cable - clutch, throttle, brake, whichever - give the shop a call and we can talk through what you're working on and confirm this is the right nipple before you order.
