Fulcrum screw (18/087)
Pivot screw that the clutch or brake lever swings on at the handlebar control assembly.

In the catalog this part shows up across handlebar and control lever figures from the late 1960s into 1970, alongside the lever, lever bracket, and related control hardware. It's also recorded under the number 18/087, which is the same physical part under a different catalog reference.
If you're rebuilding a lever assembly or the pivot on yours has worn oval, this is the piece to check and replace. Confirm which lever assembly you have before ordering since control lever hardware varies across the different handlebar and control setups in the catalog.
