Cover, ignition switch
Rubber weather boot that covers the ignition switch on the headlamp shell.
This is the rubber cover that fits over the ignition switch on the headlamp shell, part number 97-2262, also found under the older H2262 or WW10169 numbers. It's a simple weather boot that seals around the switch body where it passes through the headlamp housing, keeping rain and road grime off the switch contacts and wiring behind the lamp.

It shows up across a long run of catalog listings tied to the headlamp, wiring harness, switches, and tail lamp figures, so it's a part that stuck around through a lot of production years without much change. If yours has gone hard, cracked, or torn at the base, that's usually from age and UV exposure rather than any abuse, and a stiff or split boot lets water track down into the switch and harness connections.
It's a small, easy part to overlook until the switch starts acting up or you notice moisture inside the headlamp shell. Worth checking whenever you've got the headlamp open for other work.
