TOP LUG ASSEMBLY

Top fork crown (top lug assembly) for Triumph telescopic front forks, PN 97-2100, also listed as H2100.

PN · 97-2100

The 97-2100 top lug assembly is the top fork crown on Triumph telescopic front forks, the casting that ties the two fork tubes together up top and gives the steering stem somewhere to seat. It shows up in the parts books under the older H2100 number as well, so if you're working from an early catalog or an original tag on the bike, that's the same piece.

This one appears across telescopic fork figures for the T90, T100S, T100T, T100R, and TR6R/T120R lines in the catalog records we have, spanning 1967 to 1968. Given how many different fork figures it turns up in, double check against your own fork assembly before ordering, since Triumph ran a few variations on this casting across those years.

If you're replacing this, plan on pulling the fork tubes and steering stem to get at it properly - it's not a part you swap without breaking down the top of the fork.
