Screw (0-540 in. UH)
Countersunk-head screw used in the headlamp nacelle assembly, PN 97-0993 (later superseded by 82-4129).
This is a small countersunk-head screw used in the headlamp nacelle assembly on Triumphs of this era. The parts books list it under the nacelle, headlamp and switches figure, so it's one of the fasteners holding the nacelle shell or its internal switch and instrument mounts together rather than anything structural to the frame or engine.

The part number 97-0993 is the modern catalog form; older parts books may list the same screw as H993. If you're chasing this one down from an older book and it doesn't show up under 97-0993, check under 82-4129, which is the number this part was later superseded by.
It's a plain small hardware item — no exotic spec attached to it in our records beyond the countersunk head. If you're rebuilding a nacelle and need a full set of these, it's worth ordering a few extra since they're easy to lose or strip during teardown.
