NACELLE H/B RUBBER UK PR
Rubber grommet pair that cushions the handlebars where they pass through the Triumph headlamp nacelle.
This is the pair of rubber grommets that seat the handlebars into the headlamp nacelle on Triumphs so equipped. The nacelle is that streamlined shroud up front that houses the headlamp and switches, and where the handlebars pass through it, these rubbers cushion the bars and keep things from rattling metal-on-metal. They show up in the catalog under the legacy H669 number as well as the current 97-0669.

Catalog records place this part in nacelle, headlamp, and switches figures across appearances running 1960 to 1966. They're sold as a pair, so you get both sides in one order. If your nacelle rubbers have gone hard, cracked, or gone missing altogether, this is the fix, but check your own parts book against the numbers here before ordering to make sure you've got the right nacelle setup.
Worth having on hand any time you're servicing the front end of a nacelle-equipped bike, since old rubber in this spot tends to perish and let the bars knock around inside the housing.
