FORK STANCHION NON NACELL
A fork stanchion (fork tube) cataloged for pre-unit Triumph non-nacelle front ends, PN 97-0382.
This is a fork stanchion, part number 97-0382, listed in the catalog as a non-nacelle fork tube. On the older pre-unit Triumphs the fork legs come in two styles depending on whether the bike carries the headlamp nacelle or not, and this one is cataloged specifically for the non-nacelle setup. The stanchion is the chrome tube that slides through the fork bottom bushes and lower legs, giving the front end its travel.

Because fork tube length and fittings changed across the nacelle and non-nacelle variants, this is not a part to swap in blind if you're not sure which style your front end uses. If you're rebuilding a front end and aren't certain which stanchion your bike calls for, give us a call before ordering so we can confirm you're getting the right tube for your setup.
