This is the rear left-hand engine mounting plate, part number 83-3063, also listed under the older F13063 designation. It shows up in the catalog under the OIL FILTER and MOTOR FIXINGS figures, which tells you this plate is part of the hardware that bolts the engine into the frame at the rear, on the left side of the machine.
