A terminal clamp strip from the electrical box that secures wiring connections in place.

This is the terminal clamp strip that lives inside the electrical box, the small tray under the seat on early '70s Triumphs that houses the ignition and lighting connections. The clamp strip holds a run of wiring terminals in place so the connectors stay put and don't rattle loose or short against each other or the box itself.
