This is the right-side folding footpeg, part number 83-1591, also listed under the older F11591 designation. It shows up in the parts book under exhaust pipes, undershield and footpegs, which is where footpeg hardware often gets grouped since the mounting brackets share space with the exhaust pipe and undershield fittings.
