This is the passenger footrest hanger boss with UNF threading, the frame-mounted piece that the rear pillion footrest bracket bolts to. It shows up in the catalog under the FRAME and TOOLKIT AND PILLION FOOTRESTS sections, which tells you where it lives — at the rear of the frame where the passenger perch mounts.
