RUBBER,SEAT BASE Replaces 83-1461
Rubber seat base buffer for OIF-era Triumph twins, cushions the seat pan against the frame.
82-9093 is the rubber seat base buffer used on OIF-era Triumph twins, the little cushion that sits between the seat pan and the frame or mounting tab. It shows up in the parts book under the gas tank and twinseat section as well as in the rear brake figure, which just reflects how these small rubber stops get used in more than one spot on the bike where the seat or side cover needs a bit of isolation and a stop against metal-to-metal contact.

This number replaces the earlier 83-1461, so if your parts book or an old invoice lists that number, it's the same physical piece under the current part number.
