Rubber pad (dipswitch)
Rubber pad fitted under the handlebar dipswitch.

This is the rubber pad that sits under the dipswitch on the handlebar control assembly. It's a small item, but it's the piece that keeps the switch from rattling against the bar or the lever housing and gives the switch button something to seat against when you press it.
