Lucas 12V 1.4W wedge-base warning lamp bulb for instrument panel idiot lights.
This is the small warning lamp bulb Lucas listed as 12 volt, 1.4 watt, in the newer wedge-base style rather than the older bayonet fitting. It's the kind of bulb that lights up an idiot light on the instrument panel or nacelle - oil pressure, ignition, high beam, that sort of thing - rather than a headlamp or taillamp bulb.

The wedge base means it pushes straight into its socket with no bayonet pins to twist and lock, so swapping one in is a quick job once you've got the lens or panel open. Because these run at low wattage and see intermittent duty, they tend to sit unused for years and then go dark right when you need to see that idiot light come on.
