Kickstarter Spindle
Kickstarter spindle for the gearbox inner cover, the shaft the kickstart lever pivots and drives on.

It lives inside the gearbox inner cover, riding in its own bearings and carrying the kickstart quadrant and return spring that snap the lever back to its resting position after each kick.

Our catalog record for this one is brief, pulled from the gearbox shafts and bearings figure, and only shows a single year of coverage. That's not much to go on for pinning down which gearbox casing it mates to, so it's worth having your gearbox inner cover off and the spindle in hand when you order.
The manufacturer code attached to this listing points to Lucas, but a kickstart spindle is a mechanical gearbox part, not an electrical one, so don't read too much into that tag - it's most likely a mismatch in our records rather than a Lucas-made component.
