This is a standard-size sealed valve guide for the 650/750 Triumph twin engines, part number 71-3294, also listed under the earlier number 70-0331S. It shows up in the cylinder block and head figures for the T140V, T140E, and TR7RV, so it fits into the head casting where a valve stem rides up and down.

The guide is a manganese bronze piece, and being a sealed guide it's built to help control oil getting past the valve stem rather than letting it seep down into the port. It's a standard-size part, not an oversize, so it's meant for a head that hasn't had its guide bores opened up.
