71-2812 is a right-hand inlet manifold, the piece that connects the carburetor to the head on that side of the engine and lets the fuel-air mixture pass through into the cylinder. The catalog lists it for the right side specifically, so double check which side you need before ordering since the left and right manifolds are not the same part.
