Screw – timing aperture (4.BA X 5/16")
A 4 BA by 5/16 inch screw for the timing aperture on the crankcase, 71-1130.
This is a small screw used at the timing aperture on the crankcase, called out in the parts book as 4 BA by 5/16 inch. It shows up in the CRANKCASE - TIMING GEARS - OIL FILTERS section of the catalog, which places it right where the timing cover opening or inspection point sits on the bottom end of the engine.

It's a fastener, not a wear part, but it's easy to lose track of when you've got the timing cover off and are digging around the crankcase. If you're missing one or stripped the old one out, this is the number to order against.
