This is an oil control ring for the T150 triple, in the +.020 oversize. It's a piston ring, sized for a bore that's been machined out .020 over standard, which typically comes up when a cylinder has been rebored to true up wear or clean up damage. Oil rings scrape excess oil off the cylinder wall on the down stroke and return it to the sump, keeping it out of the combustion chamber.
