This is an oversize exhaust valve guide stub, machined .007 in. over standard, for the 500cc twin engine family. It's a replacement part for the exhaust side of the head, sized up for a guide bore that's been reamed out past standard dimension - usually because the original guide seat wore oversize or a previous rebuild took it there.
