Pillar bolt – contact breaker plate (2.BA X 1³/32")
A 2 BA pillar bolt that mounts the contact breaker plate inside the timing cover.
The 70-6521 is a pillar bolt used to mount the contact breaker plate inside the timing cover. It's a small but important fastener: it holds the points plate steady against the cam so ignition timing stays consistent instead of wandering as the engine runs. The threaded size is 2 BA, with a length of 1 3/32 inch, per the catalog spec.

This one shows up in the TIMING COVER AND CONTACT BREAKER figure as well as the CRANKCASE - TIMING GEARS - OIL FILTERS figure, so it's tied to work you'd do any time you're in that end of the engine for points service or timing gear inspection. The older-style part number for this same bolt was E6521, which you'll see if you're working from an earlier parts book.
If you're replacing one, check the thread and length against what's already in your timing cover before ordering — pillar bolts in this area can look similar but aren't always interchangeable across different points plate setups.
