Breather extension pipe

Crankcase breather extension pipe (PN 70-5375, also E5375) that routes crankcase pressure out to the oil tank connection.

PN · 70-5375

This is the breather extension pipe off the crankcase, sometimes shown in the parts book as E5375 in its older lettered form. It runs from the crankcase breather outlet back to the oil tank connection, giving the engine a path to vent crankcase pressure as the motor runs.

It shows up in the CRANKCASE figure across catalog entries from 1964 to 1967, so it's tied to that generation of engine breathing setup. Rubber or synthetic tubing like this dries out and cracks over the years, and a split or pinched breather line will let oil weep out or upset the crankcase pressure balance, so it's worth a look if you haven't checked it in a while.

If your parts book lists this under E5375, that's the same physical piece — just the earlier reference before the numbering changed. Confirm your fitment before ordering since the catalog record here doesn't spell out which specific models beyond the year range it covers.
