INLET CAM 66-68 T100 (70-6120)
Inlet camshaft for the 1966-1968 T100 twin, also cataloged as 70-6120.
70-4678 is the inlet camshaft used on the T100 twin during the 1966-1968 catalog years. It's listed under the crankshaft and connecting rods section of the parts book, which is where Triumph grouped the bottom-end timing components even though the cam itself operates up top of the crankcase timing chest.

The inlet cam controls the opening and closing of the intake valves, working off the timing gear at the front of the engine. This entry also carries a later part number, 70-6120, noted right alongside it in the catalog, so if your parts book or an old invoice shows that number instead, it's the same physical cam.
You'll also see this one turn up under the older E4678 or V149B references from earlier catalog printings. If you're sourcing a cam for a T100 engine build in this year range, worth checking wear on the corresponding follower and the cam bushings while you're in there, but we don't have specifics on those parts here.
