VALVE GUIDE +.005,CAST IRON INLET (SHORTER) 650/750 TRIUMPH 506
Cast iron inlet valve guide, +.005 oversize, shorter length, for 650/750 Triumph twins.
This is a cast iron inlet valve guide for the 650 and 750 Triumph twins, machined 0.005 in. oversize for a worn head that's been bored out to take it. It's the shorter of the two inlet guide lengths Triumph used, so check what's coming out of the head before you order - length matters here and the wrong one won't seat right.

Valve guides carry the valve stem and keep it running true as it opens and closes, and cast iron is the traditional material for the job on these engines. Oversize guides like this +.005 version exist so a machine shop can true up a head where the original guide bore has worn or been damaged, without having to weld up and re-bore the casting.
This is a machine-shop item as much as a parts-counter item - fitting a guide means reaming and reboring to the correct finished size and making sure the valve seat is cut concentric to it afterward. If you're not doing that work yourself, take it to someone who does head work on these engines.
