This is the inlet-side push rod for the BSA A65 twin, part number 68-0370, also listed under 68-370 and the older B119A designation. It's not a Triumph part despite where it sits in our catalog groupings — the description is plain on that point, and it belongs to the A65 line.

The push rod transfers motion from the camshaft/tappet up to the rocker on the inlet valve side, opening the valve on each cycle. It lives inside the cylinder barrel area, alongside the exhaust pipe and valve gear that share the same parts-book figure.
Our catalog record for this one spans appearances from 1969 through 1972, but that's the range of catalog listings we've seen it in, not a guarantee of exact model-year fitment. Check it against your engine before ordering, and if you're pulling the top end anyway it's worth inspecting the rod for straightness and wear at the same time.
