Gasket
Float bowl gasket for the Amal Concentric carburetor, seals the joint between the float bowl and carb body.
622-073 is the float bowl gasket for the Amal Concentric carburetor, the seal that sits between the float bowl and the carb body to keep fuel from seeping out around that joint. It shows up in the carburetor section of the parts book and is a simple, easy-to-overlook piece that's worth having on the shelf whenever you're into the float bowl for cleaning or float work.

The catalog only ties this one to a single listing from 1968, but Amal Concentric carbs carried this same float bowl arrangement across a long production run, so the gasket itself isn't unusual to need. If you're rebuilding or servicing a Concentric bowl, plan on replacing this gasket rather than reusing the old one - it's cheap insurance against a fuel leak, and it seats better fresh anyway.
If you're not sure which Concentric variant is on your bike, pull the bowl and check the casting numbers before you order, since Amal ran a number of different Concentric sizes through the years.
