622/151 is the fiber sealing washer that sits under the drain plug on an Amal Concentric float bowl. It's the little gasket that keeps petrol from seeping out around the drain plug threads once the plug is tightened down. This particular one is called out as slightly undersize and made for the US market, in a medium-hard fiber that shows up orange or red.
