If your Concentric is running rich or lean anywhere off idle and off full throttle, a worn or wrong-size needle jet is one of the usual suspects. These wear over time as the needle rides against the jet bore, so if the bike has a lot of miles on it since the last carb rebuild, it's worth a look.
