622/121 is the float needle seat for the Amal Concentric Mk1 carburetor. It's the threaded fitting that the float needle sits into inside the float bowl, controlling how fuel is metered into the bowl as the float rises and falls.

This is a wear item on Concentric carbs — if the seat gets worn or pitted the float needle won't seal properly, and you'll end up with fuel flooding out the overflow or a bike that won't hold a steady idle. Worth checking whenever you're rebuilding a Mk1 Concentric or chasing a flooding complaint.
