Amal 600 series throttle slide, cutaway #2.5, anodised finish.
This is an Amal throttle slide, cutaway number 2.5, for the 600 series carburetor. The slide is the part that moves up and down inside the carb body when you twist the throttle, and the cutaway number stamped on it controls how the engine pulls right off idle before the needle jet and main circuit take over further up the throttle range. This one is anodised, which is the finish Amal uses on these to help them wear well against the slide bore.

We carry it under 622/060-2.5A, and it also shows up in older records as 622/060-25HA, so if you're working from a different parts list and see that number, it's the same physical slide.
Cutaway number matters a lot on these carbs, so before ordering, double check what number is currently in your carb or what your tuning notes call for. If you're not sure, give us a call and we can talk through it.
