TOOL CRANKSHAFT PINION PULLER 3 JAW ASSEMBLY OEM NORTON - FITS TRI,BSA,NOR TWINS
A three-jaw puller tool for removing the crankshaft pinion on Triumph, BSA, and Norton twin engines.
This is the three-jaw puller Ed reaches for when it's time to pull a crankshaft pinion off the taper without wrecking the pinion, the taper, or your knuckles. It's a factory-pattern tool, carried across Triumph, BSA, and Norton twins, so if you work on any of those engines it's one tool that covers the bench for all three.

The three-jaw design lets you get even pressure on the pinion so it comes off the crank taper straight instead of getting cocked sideways and galling things up. It also wears the old letter-prefix designation P158 in some parts books, so if you're cross-checking against an older manual and see that number, it's the same tool.
We don't have extra detail on file beyond what's above, so if you've got a specific pinion or crank you're worried about clearance-wise, give us a call and we'll talk through it before you order.
Sorry if we got something wrong here. If you think this information isn't correct, .
