Throttle cable junct block to carb
Lower throttle cable, junction block to carburetor, for twin-carb setups.

This is the lower section of the throttle cable run on the twin-carb setup, the piece that goes from the junction block down to the carburetor. On a twin-carb bike a single cable comes down from the twist grip to a junction block, then splits into two shorter cables that finish the job at each carb, and 60-7632 is one of those finishing runs.
