RUBBER COVER - IGNITION SWITCH TOP
Rubber weather cover for the top of the ignition switch, mounted in the headlamp area.
This is the small rubber cover that fits over the top of the ignition switch, part number 60-4335. It's a weather cover, keeping moisture and grit out of the switch body where it sits up near the headlamp shell. The catalog places it in the headlamp and flasher lamp figures, so that's where it lives on the bike alongside the switch itself.

It's a simple, low-cost item, but if it's cracked, missing, or has gone hard with age it stops doing its job and the switch underneath is exposed to the elements. Worth checking whenever you're in that area of the bike doing other electrical work.
Our catalog record on this one is brief - just the two figure listings - so if you're not sure whether it's the right cover for your switch, give us a call and we'll confirm before you order.
