LOCK WASHER 7/16 PCW73A
A 7/16 inch lock washer used at the motor unit mounting points on the frame, also known by its older PCW73A and 99-0046 numbers.
This is a 7/16 inch lock washer used where the motor unit mounts to the frame, per the catalog figure covering motor unit fitting and footrests. It's a simple spring-type washer that sits under a fastener to keep it from working loose from vibration, which is no small thing on a running twin.

The part carries the old PCW73A reference as well as an earlier 99-0046 number, so if you're working from a parts book or a box of used hardware with either of those stamped or written on it, this is the same washer under the current 60-4251 number. Catalog listings for it run from the mid to late 1970s.
It's cheap enough to keep a few spares in the toolbox, since lock washers are the kind of thing that get tossed once removed and are easy to lose track of when you're pulling the engine or tightening up mounting bolts.
