This is the clutch cable listed in our records as 60-3079, also known under the older D3079 designation. It shows up in the CONTROL CABLES section of the parts book, which puts it right where you'd expect a clutch cable to live - running from the clutch lever on the handlebar down to the clutch operating mechanism at the engine.
