“O”' ring brake cam
O-ring seal for the front brake cam shaft, part number 60-2639 (also D2639).
This is the O-ring that seals the brake cam on the front wheel, part number 60-2639, also listed under D2639 in older references. It sits in the front brake assembly where the brake cam shaft passes through the brake plate, keeping road grit and water out of the cam bore so the shoes actuate cleanly.

It shows up in the front wheel section of the parts books, with catalog appearances spanning 1971 to 1972. It's a small, inexpensive item to have on hand whenever you're servicing the front brake plate or replacing the cam itself, since the old seal usually deserves fresh rubber once it's been disturbed.
If you're rebuilding a front drum brake and pulling the cam out, this is worth ordering alongside any other brake plate seals or felt washers you're replacing at the same time.
