Box spanner (1 1/8 in. x 1 5/16 in.)

A double-ended box spanner (1 1/8 in. x 1 5/16 in.) from the factory toolkit, formerly listed as D1908.

PN · 60-1908

This is the box spanner listed in the toolkit for the era, sized 1 1/8 in. by 1 5/16 in. across its two ends. It's a double-ended tubular wrench meant to live in the tool tray under the seat, not a shop tool you'd keep on a bench full-time.

The old book number for this one was D1908 before the modern numbering system took over, so if you're working from an older parts list and see that number, it's the same spanner. It shows up in the toolkit and pillion footrest section of the parts books, which is just where Triumph grouped the factory tool kit listings alongside the footrest hardware.

If you're trying to fill out a correct toolkit for a bike from this era, this is the right spanner to have in there. Give us a call if you want to confirm it's the right size for what you're working on before you order.
