Clutch hub extractor
Special tool for pulling the clutch hub free from its shaft without damaging it.
This is the clutch hub extractor, a special service tool for pulling the clutch hub off its shaft without prying or hammering on it. It threads into the hub and lets you draw it off square, so you don't bend anything or chew up the shaft threads trying to get the hub loose with screwdrivers.

It shows up in the catalog listed under the toolkit and pillion footrests figure, which is just where Triumph grouped their special tools in that parts book - it has nothing to do with footrests itself. The older reference for this same tool is D1861, and it was later replaced in the numbering by 61-7014, so if you're chasing this by a different number in a newer book, that's the one to look for.
Worth having in the drawer if you're doing clutch work with any regularity, since trying to pull a hub without one usually ends with somebody improvising and regretting it.
