Ignition lock C/W keys
Ignition lock with keys for the electrical switch panel, also listed under the older D1000 number.
This is the ignition lock for the switch panel, sold complete with keys. It shows up in the electrical equipment section of the parts books, which is where you'd expect it since it's the piece that lets you turn the ignition circuit on and off with a key rather than a bare toggle switch.

The catalog also lists this under the older D1000 number, so if your parts book or an old invoice shows D1000 instead of 60-1000, it's the same physical lock and key set.
