Transfer, positive earth
Positive earth warning decal (PN 60-0052) applied near the battery to flag reversed electrical polarity.
This is the positive earth transfer, part number 60-0052 - a small warning decal that tells the owner (and anyone poking around the electrics) that the bike is wired positive ground rather than the more common negative ground setup. It shows up in the parts book under the panels and twinseat figure as well as the battery carrier and air filter figure, so it was meant to be applied somewhere in that area near the battery.

It's not a mechanical part - no fitment beyond sticking it where the factory put it - but it matters if you're rewiring anything electrical on the bike or hooking up a battery charger. Get the polarity backwards on a positive earth machine and you can cook a rectifier, a zener diode, or an ammeter in short order.
Our catalog record ties this decal to 1974, and it turns up in a few different spots in the books. If you're restoring the bike and want it correct, this is the transfer to have on hand before you close the seat back up.
